Fasting rules- To get the blessings of your presiding deity, when you keep fasting or fasting, the important rules that should always be taken care of along with worship to make it successful.

On the day of fasting, one should do bhajan-kirtan, meditation, and self-study in the name of the presiding deity.

It is better to do Pranayama in the morning and evening between fasting. Fasting gives rest to the digestive system and the body starts healing itself.

One day of fasting gives great relief to all stomach-related problems.

In fasting, take food like fruits, milk, and juice, from which the body gets the necessary calories throughout the day. Acidity can increase due to an empty stomach. Therefore, do not keep the stomach empty for a long time.

Do not eat onion, garlic, and non-veg in food. Eat a diet rich in protein and carbohydrates to maintain energy. Do not fast after drinking tea or lemonade.

Wheat flour, semolina, gram flour, fine flour, rice, etc. are not used during the fast.

On the day of fasting, chant the mantra related to your presiding deity while remaining silent for maximum time. During the fast, a person should observe celibacy completely.

After the completion of the fast, worship it according to the rules and regulations and take the blessings of the elders of the house while distributing the prasad to as many people as possible.
