thyroid – it is a small butterfly-shaped gland in the middle of the lower part of the neck that controls the body’s metabolism. Whatever we eat, this gland works to convert that food into energy.

Along with this, it also affects the heart, muscles, bones, and cholesterol. You should also avoid highly processed foods, as these usually contain a lot of calories. Vegetables that contain high amounts of fiber such as broccoli, spinach, cabbage, etc. You should avoid eating such vegetables.

Consuming such vegetables affects the secretion of this  hormones very quickly, and Avoid oily food. Full of antioxidants, Ashwagandha helps the gland to produce hormones in the right amount. You can take Ashwagandha in any form.

Whether taking pills or eating its powder daily. Drinking hot lemon water detoxifies the body. Also, it helps in balancing the  levels.

Beetroot and carrot juice are very effective for the. The patients should not consume these vegetables in which the amount of iodine is low.

It glands produce thyroid hormones by taking iodine from our body, so if you have hypothyroid, keep a lifelong distance from iodine-rich foods. Avoid seafood and iodized salt.

It patients must include yoga or any type of exercise in their daily routine. You can do any exercise from early morning jogging to yoga and going to the gym.

Have food on time. Don’t starve at all. It is advised to a patient to eat on time. Being hungry has a negative effect on the  gland.

Mix a little turmeric in milk and heat it daily. This will help in controlling the thyroid. If you do not like drinking turmeric mixed with milk, then you can consume turmeric by roasting it, heating it in water or in any other way.
