Healthy drinks for summer- Many types of traditional drinks are popularly consumed in summer. They are very healthy. They work to cool the body. Also help in keeping you energetic throughout the day.
1. Buttermilk- By consuming buttermilk in summer, the body will get nutrients like vitamins A, B, C, E, and K which will keep health good.
2. Coconut water- Coconut water rich in vitamins and minerals keeps the body hydrated. Its consumption prevents dehydration in summer.
3. Lemonade- Lemonade along with quenching thirst also keeps the immunity strong. Cools the body in summer.
