Confusion”s Remedy –
1. keep quiet- Some people confuse others and are unable to do it. The confused person will not feel bad, just listen silently.
2. write in a diary- To know the confusion, write in the diary that you are confused about what or what work you are doing and you will know by writing.
3. Make changes in your lifestyle. Take a regular and balanced diet. Exercise daily. Pay attention to social activity.
4. Sleep on time – Confusion is directly related to our mind, heart, and our belief in ourselves. The biggest reason for being confused and irritable is not getting enough sleep. A normal person needs at least 7 hours of sleep every day.
