Kundalini awakening- There are seven chakras and three nadis in our body. On our left side is the Ida Nadi or Chandra Nadi, which represents our will power. It is related to the past.

On our right is the Pingala Nadi or Surya Nadi, which is the energy of action. It is related to the future.
In the middle is the Sushumna Nadi, which keeps us in the present.

these six chakras get enlightened and when they get enlightened, the deities residing in them also get awakened.

We keep searching for God in temples, mosques, gurudwaras. While all the gods and goddesses are situated in our body in the form of chakras.

When the Kundalini starts awakening, the person first starts feeling the vibrations in his Mooladhara Chakra. Then that Kundalini rises rapidly and stops at one of the chakras, after that it starts rising again.

When the through meditation, then this power awakens and moves towards the brain, activating all the chakras of the body.

When the root chakra opens and energy flows freely, individuals will feel safe, comfortable, and confident.

You start making your life better in every possible way. You begin to understand that in order to find peace, you must let go of broken relationships, old habits, etc., and move on.

You like to serve others. You begin to understand that we are all one and that being dedicated to helping others is the greatest and most wonderful thing you can do.
