Kundalini awakening- There are seven chakras and three nadis in our body. On our left side is the Ida Nadi or Chandra Nadi, which represents our will power. It is related to the past.
On our right is the Pingala Nadi or Surya Nadi, which is the energy of action. It is related to the future.
In the middle is the Sushumna Nadi, which keeps us in the present.
these six chakras get enlightened and when they get enlightened, the deities residing in them also get awakened.
