Winter Diet

Winter Diet: It is very cold in the winter season and to avoid cold one should eat something as if one does not feel cold.

1. Millet – You can make roti or khichdi and eat it. Millet contains selenium, vitamin  C, and vitamin E which protect the skin from sun damage and skin cancer.

2. Garlic – If you eat raw garlic in winter or cold, then unknowingly you treat many diseases together. Antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins are also available by eating raw garlic. Due to this diseases like diabetes-cholesterol and high BP are eliminated.

3. Soup- Vitamins and minerals are also available by drinking soup in winter. Antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals are found in green vegetables. By consuming it in winter, your body will get energy and strength.

4. Tea- Drinking masala tea does not cause cold and add  tea leaves, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, and cloves to it and drink it after cooking tea.
There is the benefit of drinking green tea, lemon tea, and mint tea and it does not feel cold. This is good for stomach health.

5. Dates- Vitamins A and B are found in plenty of dates. At the same time, its effect is also hot, which keeps our body warm inside by eating it in winter. It also protects us from the external cold.

6. Egg- It is a superfood and its demand is very high in winter. By eating this, the body gets energy for the whole day. Being rich in proteins and vitamins, it also has the ability to retain heat in the body.

7. Oatmeal – porridge contains essential nutrients, which are very important for our body during winter. Oatmeal is rich in zinc and soluble fiber, so you can include it in your breakfast during winter.
